Scott Ferguson, Senior Vice President
His extensive knowledge of the market and skillful handling of complex transactions have established him as a top performer in San Antonio. Throughout his career, he closed over $150 million in real estate transactions and currently leases over 1,000,000 SF of office space for clients, including EQ Office, Weston Urban, Boyd Watterson, Brookwood Financial, Sirell Properties, Buchanan Street Partners, and others.
Scott is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), participating in the Young Leaders, Local Member Council, and Mentorship programs. Prior to joining Stream, Scott spent six consecutive years in Washington, D.C., working on Capitol Hill. His experience in the political arena has honed his communication skills, which he applies to his real estate career, making him an effective negotiator and advocate for his clients.
Garrett Carlson, Vice President
Prior to Stream, Garrett worked for Retail Solutions as an Associate where he focused on project leasing as well as researched for both local and national markets seeking future opportunities. In addition, Garrett worked for Avnet, Inc. for 4 years where he managed sales to an established account base including one of the largest technology resellers in the United States.
Carolyn Hinchey Shaw, Executive Managing Director and Partner
Prior to Carolyn being named EMD for San Antonio, she contributed to closing more than 370 transactions totaling five million square feet and nearly $300 million in consideration. Her deep understanding of real estate economics and experience across all aspects of the industry have given rise to her invaluable leadership and role within Stream. Since she was named EMD, the San Antonio portfolio has grown by over 10 million square feet of new assignments and continues to strategically execute principal transactions.
Carolyn is a member of Stream’s Environmental Social Governance Committee, serves on The University of Texas at Austin Real Estate Center Council’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors, and is an active member of Greater SATX. A native San Antonian, she has deep roots in the city and is a member of several local organizations.
However, Carolyn’s greatest achievements come from outside the office, which includes her marriage to Robert Shaw and the triplets they share – Bobby, Reeves, and Liam.
