W. Carter Byrnes, Executive Vice President
Carter spent more than 18 years at CBRE, starting as a Senior Associate and working his way up to Senior Vice President. During his tenure, he was a founder of the Northern Virginia leasing team and built a healthcare practice group from the ground up. He is credited with negotiating over 3.1 million square feet of lease and sale transactions with an aggregate value of over $525 million. Prior to his time at CBRE, Carter was a market analyst with Insignia/ESG, which merged with CBRE in 2003.
Erik McLaughlin, Co-Managing Director
Prior to joining Stream, Erik spent more than 15 years with CBRE, serving as a Senior Vice President in the Northern Virginia market. He also worked with Trammell Crow and Grubb & Ellis, giving him more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience.
Jeff Roman, Co-Managing Director
Prior to joining Stream, Jeff spent 35 years at CBRE, where he last served as a Senior Vice President in the Northern Virginia market. He was responsible for negotiating over 10 million square feet of transactions worth more than $1 billion during his tenure. He briefly worked in the National Accounts Division of IBM Corp. before beginning his career in commercial real estate.
